We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting Fashion Diaries accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us.
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video.
All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept delayed returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to us, unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping cost to return the product and also to get a new one in exchange.
